The workshop vinyasa series takes fun and creative flows and uses them to teach a progression of different inversions and arm balances. Each class begins with a quick anatomy and alignment overview for the posture focus for that days vinyasa. You are given options to progress incrementally in difficulty or to remain at the level most suited for your current ability. Designed to blur the line between invigorating flow and workshop, these classes are a unique experience for mind and body.
Week 1: Arm Balances - Sunday, February 4th
Week 2: Flowting - Sunday, February 18th
Week 3: Forearm Stands, Sunday, March 4th
