We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in sellable condition for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept returns on presales, seconds or sale items discounted 20% or above. We do not accept returns of ebooks, downloads, physical books, to go cards or any item from "Holly's Closet". You may exchange presale items for a different size if available with shipping costs covered by customer.*
How to Return:
1 Email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, the merchandise you wish to return and the reason for your return.
2 Please keep returned merchandise in original packaging and enclose a copy of your packing slip.
4 If a pre-paid shipping label is needed, customer service can provide one for a fee of $7. Please ask your representative for a shipping label while requesting your return.
5 Drop the package off at your nearest USPS location.
6 Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your return merchandise.
7 We'll refund the price of the merchandise including any taxes you were charged (excluding all applicable shipping charges) upon receiving the return. Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
At this time, UPSIDEDOWNMAMA does not offer an exchange policy. We suggest you follow the return policy steps above for the items you wish to exchange and go to www.upsidedownmama.com to submit a new order for your new items.
