“Holy Holly! I held a handstand for a few seconds this morning because of you!! I’ve noticed a big improvement even just from one day to another. You’re a great teacher, you’ve made things click for me and I love your cues.”

“This program is so great Holly! I love it- I’m working through some serious injuries and working to rewire, heal and strengthen/lengthen all the things that don’t get the love through more intensive training etc. Thank you for your creative energy and body wisdom.”
Fascia is Fascianating!
Curious about arguably the largest organ in the human body?
Fascia houses 25% more nerve endings than skin, and 1,000% more than the collective innervation of muscle, so fascia could very well be considered our richest sensory organ!
Want to nerd out on fascia and learn how to remodel it to rehydrate tissues, restore glide, reduce stiffness, change your posture, support collogen remodeling and production, and boost hyaluronic acid flow?!
It is all in the YTT 300!
““I have a herniated disc in my lower back (L5-S1) from a work-related injury. My profession is continually hard on my back to make matters worse. For a little background, I routinely carry 40 lbs. of gear on my person every shift I work - I am a police officer. I have been through physical therapy, I maintain a strong core to compensate, I live on a heating pad every night, and I have to utilize muscle relaxers… all just to make it through the day.
I awkwardly groaned throughout Holly’s session - the phrase “it hurts so good” comes to mind! Previously, I had pushed on those same areas near my disc that hurt terribly, thinking to myself, “Ouch! I probably shouldn’t push there anymore.” Thankfully, the insanely knowledgeable Holly informed me that it may be uncomfortable, but beneficial for many reasons. Absolute game changer.”
“I walked away feeling amazing. Later that day, I completed a workout that I had been modifying for MONTHS because it caused back pain. I did exercises that I hadn’t done in ages with ZERO pain or discomfort. For the first time in years, I did not feel the need to heat my back by the end of the day. Normal movements, like bending forward at the waist, did not hurt.
I write this after a long work week with substantial back pain. After a couple rounds of MFR, the pain almost instantly faded. Holly’s instruction on MFR will be a regular component of my health regimen for my back. I cannot thank her enough for providing such great instruction and information about it.”

THE INSIDE SCOOP
The gut is very much a part of the core. This is not a book about the gut but to mention core values we must include mention of the gut and create awareness around that connection.
Nurture
I enjoy cooking healthy family friendly dishes to nourish the ones I love (including myself) from the inside out. What we eat and our gut affect not only our physical appearance but internal wellness, sleep, mood and more.
Anatomy of the Core
To understand what we are considering the core, we take a brief look at the anatomy of the core and posture.
Workshops
Included in this interactive ebook are two workshops that are 2 hours long each. Workshop #1 is on complete core myofascial release and workshop #2 is a backbending workshop that focuses on core values.
Recovery
Before you begin the exercise programs for healing and building it is important to check and make sure you are ready for a new exercise program. We briefly cover a few things that are important to check and acknowledge before beginning the physical programs. Be sure to check with your trusted health care provider to be sure this program is right for you and that you are ready to begin.
Healing
The healing program is one month (12 classes) long. However, repeat the healing program as many times as you feel necessary before beginning the building program. One healing day should be used as a warm-up for each building program day.
Building
The building program is a two month (24 classes) long program. To warm-up for each building day complete one healing program day. Not to be confused: the healing program is to be completed for AT LEAST one month before beginning the building program. Then the healing program becomes the warm-up to the building program.
